Another fantastic show at Fat Pants Brewing as Hawaii native Pege Miller hosted, the incredibly funny Sherlonda Sharp featured and the hilarous Jason Schommer headlined a sold out show at Fat Pants on December 29th. Jason finished the show with some personal stories about his comedy mentor and friend, the great Louie Anderson. A night we'll never forget!

Minnesota Classic Comedians brought their A game and some great jokes - old and new! Karen Pickering set the hilarious tone as the show's Emcee. Kurt Houcks' guest spot was spot-on funny. Paul Dillery showed why he's considered a gnat-ural comedic talent. Mary Jo Pehl waxed semi-eloquently about her dog's diet. Dean Johnson brought his Uke and his one-of-a-kind sense of humor and one-of-a-kind vocal stylings. A great time was had by all!

Joe Christianson featured with a collection of clever one liners and jokes that the crowd loved. Host Max Chapman's true life construction worker observations set the table for a great night of entertainment. Trevor Anderson brought his unique and relatable sense of humor to the Hop Spot showroom September 21st and slayed our audience with the help of some wooden spatulas. Feature Lucy Zarns delivered with her trademark wit and spot-on delivery. Guest Lily Meyer proved why she is one of the most promising comics on the scene today, and Jesse the Shrink kicked off the show with his shrink-next-door affable nature and hilarious stories. We had a great show July 26th at Fat Pants Brewing using a new YellowBrick Comedy format: New Material Night. A hybrid between an Open Mic and a Showcase, six veteran comedians joined us for a night of experimentation - trying new jokes, exploring premises, riffing on ideas from the stage. It was a chance to explore some new ideas with a supportive, enthusiastic audience.
Every comic nailed it! Our all-star lineup of Ulysses Zackery, Malory Manderfield, Ben Marcotte, Abeneezer Merdassa, Mary Jo Pehl, David Harris and Jodie Maruska had the crowd roaring throughout the night.
This is definitely a format we will try again, it was so successful.
Linda Aarons Gives us the Skinny at Fat Pants Brewing Feb 24

Linda Aarons waxed eloquently on the dirty secrets behind Tootsie Pop testing and kept the crowd of 100+ rolling all night. Rick Logan, Khadijah Cooper and Rudy Pavich rounded out the bill with hilarious observations and - um - confessions. Great burgers, food and drinks to start the night - who could ask for anything more?!

Mary Jo Pehl spun some hilarious tales and slung numerous gut-busting jokes to a sold out crowd at Fat Pants Brewing on December 30th. The packed house roared with approval all night long for Mary Jo, feature Lahiru Samarasinghe and host Ali Horman. Unfortunately we had to turn away a few people at the door because we were sold out the day before. You've been forewarned - get your tickets early for the next show.

We packed the room at Fat Pants Brewing and the comics delivered! David Harris, Jodie Maruska and Calvin Murata brought their "A" games to the "Hop Spot" showroom in Eden Prairie. The brews were outstanding, the food was delicious and the laughs were plentiful.
