Starting comedy on a whim at an open mic in the year 2000, Mike Brody has since devoted his life to perfecting the delivery of his high-energy act. Bucking the trend of the apathetic comedian, his genuine passion for his craft draws audience members into the unique world of Mike Brody: An affable, clever guy whose life is often derailed by his own neurotic, obsessive-compulsive and clumsy tendencies.
Brody has spent the last 20+ years touring the U.S. and internationally, and has also been featured on the nationally syndicated radio program "The Bob & Tom Show" as well as the "The Dan Patrick Show" podcast. Ira Ford, originally from Maryland, was a lyricist before he followed his passion of comedy. He was always amazed at how a comedian could hold so many people's attention. Now based in Minneapolis, he is an open book who talks about life experiences ranging from drugs, family to riding the bus. He unapologetically says what he thinks. His unique & hilarious stories earned him a semifinalist finish at The Funniest Person with a Day Job Contest at Rick Bronson's House of Comedy, and his own wildly popular monthly showcase which he hosts & curated "Laughs and Legends" at Lakes and Legends Brewery in downtown Minneapolis. Ira now is a house emcee at Acme Comedy Company.

Karen Pickering is a lunch lady and retail warrior, wife and mom who was forced to return to comedy by her two teenagers. They insisted that she hit the stage or they wouldn't go to college. Ali Sultan saw his first stand up comedian when he moved to America from Yemen at the age of 15. He grew the desire to go on stage but first he needed to learn English. He filmed his Half Hour comedy special in Dubai for Comedy Central Arabia.He was named both Best Local Comic and artist of the year by City Pages. He represented Minnesota and won the Best in The Midwest competition at Gildas LaughFest. Ashli Henderson was born and raised in Minneapolis MN. She is best known for her ability to roast a crowd, raw, and pure authentic COMEDY. Being funny around friends and family led Ashli to pursue a stand-up comedy career in 2016. Ashli has been featured on The Shade Room 4x, World Star Hip Hop (2x) and various other social media platforms on Tik Tok, Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter. Ashli’s comedy tells stories about being a single mother, being in the LGBTQ+ community and her family. Her high energy, style and versatility has made her one of the countries’ favorite comedians. In 2020, Ashli founded and created Northside Emergency Resource Pop-up which focused on providing essential resources to families affected by the Minneapolis Riots and served over 8,000 families. Ben Marcotte is originally from rural Minnesota but moved to Minneapolis in 2015 to further pursue standup comedy. Since then, he’s performed all across the Upper Midwest to rave reviews. Marcotte blends stories of past life experiences with whimsical observations that leave audiences wanting more.
Ben has performed at corporate events and clubs all over the Midwest including performances at: Goonies Comedy Club, Boss' Comedy Club, House of Comedy and the Paramount Theater in Austin, MN. Ben has particated in the Charm City Comedy Festival in Baltimore, MD and the Sioux Falls Sno Jam Comedy Festival in Sioux Falls, SD. If there ever was a different kind of comedian, Atul Patel is one. He’s an Indian-American from Cleveland who is older and funnier than he looks and came in 4th place in the ACME Funniest Person in The Twin Cities Contest in 2019. Look for quick two to four liner clever and sometimes cheeky jokes from him that mostly try to make a point. Other jokes are just plain ridiculous.
Lucy Zarns, although a newcomer to stand-up comedy, is a rising star in the Minneapolis comedy scene with a background in both acting and stand-up. You can catch her performing at multiple shows around the Twin Cities including Comedy at the Crane and the Terminal Bar.
